The service at the hotel was lacking in many aspects, such as the lack of assistance during check-in and no escort to the room. The breakfast experience was not enjoyable, with issues like a delay in fulfilling requests, buffet items and cutlery not being replenished on time, and congested seating arrangements.

During my business trip, I had a delightful experience staying at this hotel. the staff was incredibly helpful, and I was greeted with a true smile upon arrival. the food in the restaurant was fantastic, with a good selection of items available. I also enjoyed the additional complementary facts offered, including high-speed internet and a well-stocked room bar. the hotel's key location made it easy for me to explore the surrounding areas.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about this hotel. the only thing that was a bit disappointing was the size of the bathroom, which was smaller than I had anticipated.

Excellent WiFi connectivity throughout the hotel. Reception and housekeeping staff are friendly and go the extra mile to ensure guest comfort. The room cleaning service is exceptional. a perfect 10 in all departments.

This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities fulfilling our every need. the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre was truly relaxing. the swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were clean, with sun loungers provided for our utmost comfort. Live entertainment made our evenings even more enjoyable and our massages were done in a beautiful spa lounge with a treatment room. the restaurant served us delicious in-room breakfast while the bar had great drinks and snacks.

We did experience a minor issue with the salon services. the waxing and facial were not up to the mark, which was a letdown.
