clean rooms and amazing views. conveniently located near a pharmacy. staff really went out of their way to be helpful - even with special dietary needs. dinner buffet was superb.

my recent stay at radisson was fantastic. the resort is brand new, still adding final touches but very welcoming. fresh pomegranate juice on arrival was a nice touch. amazing himalayan views. delicious food and exceptional staff made it special! close to the zoo - watch out for monkeys. perfect for a staycation or a short drive to explore nearby areas.

There was nothing i didn't like

The valley view room was absolutely stunning, boasting a breathtaking panorama from the elevated location. the elegant common area exuded sophistication with tasteful decor and stylish furnishings, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the charm of the space. While the lobby and bar area tended to get chilly in the evenings, affecting my enjoyment of evening drinks, the overall experience at the hotel was top-notch with delightful dining options and impeccable service. 🌟.

The dinner buffet was superb. the chef cooked up some delicious food and attended to us personally, just like a Michelin-starred chef in a cozy family restaurant. Mr Manoj and his team provided exceptional service, making us feel like VIP guests.

The captivating scenery from the lobby, coupled with the hospitality of the hotel staff, left a positive impression. A special appreciation to Mr Govind and Mr Atul, who took the time to check on us during our breakfast buffet. the relax facilities at Radisson Kufri provided a perfect way to unwind, enhancing our overall enjoyment. Exploring nearby landmarks such as Shimla Reserve Forest Sanctuary, Kufri Fun World, and Himalayan Nature Park created memorable family bonding experiences.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, making you feel valued and taken care of.

The swimming pool at the hotel was unfortunately not available, which was a bit disappointing.

The location was amazing, nestled among the mountains with breathtaking views. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful scenery every morning. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

Another downside was the lack of activities for kids and open spaces. We also had a bad experience where we were served non-vegetarian food despite ordering vegetarian.

This luxury hotel boasts of exclusive amenities that would make any stay comfortable and memorable. the well-appointed rooms were spacious, and the interior of the lobby, cafe/bar area, and restaurants were classy and tastefully decorated. the restaurant offered exceptional food and service, which was a wonderful experience. the staff were courteous, friendly, and always eager to assist with any requests. the beautiful location was an added advantage, offering a picturesque view through the large glass windows.

The only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment or indoor games like table tennis and a kids' room. this was hardly an inconvenience, given the wide variety of other amenities available, such as the sun terrace, picnic area.
