The value for money at Quatrum Napoli was excellent. The room was tastefully decorated and had a cozy balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The location was superb, with easy access to the lively streets, nightlife, and waterfront. The staff, especially Milly and Marianna, were friendly, attentive, and organized, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options. Though the staff did their best, it would have been great to have more choices available.

The room was absolutely beautiful with three balconies, which was amazing. It was a good size and spotlessly clean, with lovely decorations. The hotel itself had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff, especially Milly and her sister, were so informative about the area and gave us great recommendations. The location was convenient, right across from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. And the breakfast was sensational, with a variety of options including waffles, pancakes, fresh fruit. it was a delightful experience!
