I recently stayed at a hotel with a cool red theme and spacious rooms. The location was convenient, near the airport and a big shopping mall. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help. Special shoutouts to Praggya, Varsha, and Gurpreet for their outstanding service. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the dining room was pleasant. We were even given complimentary gifts at check-out, a really nice touch.

The room I stayed in was at the far end of the corridor, away from the elevator, ensuring a quiet atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities provided. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel failed to apply the promised 15% discount on food and beverages, leading to frustration.

This hotel was absolutely luxurious, offering exclusive amenities such as a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. the leisure/TV room was a great addition to the overall experience, providing relaxation after a long day of exploring. the restaurant was exceptional, providing in-room breakfast and delicious snacks throughout the day. the bar/lounge area was inviting and perfect for evening entertainment. The attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable, catering to our needs and offering packed lunches and special diet menus. Cons: We experienced a minor issue during our stay, as the AC cutoffs were a bit too frequent causing discomfort at times. this was overlooked by the overall amazing experience provided by this hotel.

Everything, from the clean washrooms to the sophisticated crockery and cutlery, was well thought out. This hotel truly exemplified what a hotel should be.

Clean and modern facilities with excellent housekeeping. Helpful and courteous staff, especially at reception and dining area. Surprising touch of live music in the mornings. Accommodating kitchen staff arranged a take away breakfast for early checkout. Good buffet dinner.

The complementary welcome drink and the new year's party favors were a nice touch. the location was ideal for exploring the city's nightlife and attractions. the rooftop swimming pool was a great place to relax and take in the city views.

This lack of generosity was also evident when we asked for packed sandwiches for our kids, only to receive tiny squares to share among four children.

They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and tastefully designed. The hotel premises were also well-maintained. Additionally, the food served at the hotel was excellent, and the service provided was top-notch. I would highly recommend staying at Radisson Red when visiting Chandigarh.
