The breakfast option could have been better.

The location was perfect as everything was within a 40-minute walk. Plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants served breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily.

Amazing location! You can easily walk to all the main attractions like the Piazza di Spagna and Fontana di Trevi. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Also, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer your questions and provide information about the area.

No daily housekeeping. It would have been great to have the option to hang a do not disturb sign on the door, so we didn't have to let housekeeping know every day if we wanted our room cleaned or not.

The rooms at Database Property are spacious and the jacuzzi is a great amenity. The host is helpful and readily available through WhatsApp. The location is fantastic, close to Piazza di Popolo, Fontana de Trevi, Spanish Steps, and many shops and restaurants. Walking around the area feels safe, making it a great place to stay if you want privacy and a nice stay in the heart of Rome.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to all the major attractions. Additionally, the public transport options were easily accessible, making it convenient for us to explore the city. the rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the room, which was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the staff was friendly and always available to answer our questions.

One thing we would have liked is a privacy tag for the door, similar to a hotel. It would have been convenient to let the housekeeping staff know when we didn't require their service for the day.

As a tourist, our three-night stay at Spanish Diamond Luxury Suites exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect, allowing us to see all the main attractions on foot. The value for money was excellent, and the hospitality was top-notch. Even when there was a power outage, the owner went the extra mile by offering us complimentary drinks as an apology.
