We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Prague. 😊 the staff at Occidental was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the nearest metro station and a large shopping center. the breakfast provided a great selection of food and drink, and we especially enjoyed the bathroom amenities. We also appreciated the assistance we received with a payment issue before our arrival. it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend staying here. 👍

The hotel is a bit off-centre and not directly next to the metro or tram stop, requiring a bit of walking.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was really impressive! The location was perfect for me because it was away from the busy city center, but still near enough that it only took a short metro ride to get there. The staff were all wonderful - everyone from the receptionist to the room service staff were friendly and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the room amenities like the mini-bar and the in-room safe.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends!

Clean hotel in a quiet location near shopping and restaurants. Close to bus and subway stations for easy transportation. Large, comfortable room with an AC and a bathroom with a bath/shower combo. Friendly and helpful staff. a great experience.

Great location, easy walk to city centre, food and shops nearby. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff went above and beyond with thoughtful gestures. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast were nice perks. the hotel's central location made it very convenient for my business meetings.

The air conditioning system was not functioning properly and it made my stay very uncomfortable. the staff was not friendly nor helpful in resolving the issue.

I had a great experience at Occidental! The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the view from the 5th floor overlooking the park. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, especially with the Sunday morning DJ and the chef grilling eggs to order. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel, although a bit further from the city center, was conveniently close to the Angel metro station and a huge shopping mall. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Prague.
