The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with any queries or requests we had. the location of the hotel was great. It was conveniently located near major attractions and transportation hubs, making it easy for us to explore the city. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant stay experience.

the bathroom door mat was shabby and useless. It definitely needed to be replaced with something better.
