Nice rooms, sauna, and private/public onsen. Beautiful ryokan with lovely garden and mountain views. Friendly and attentive staff. Easy access to public transportation. Expect language barriers in remote location.

Everything Excellent. Immaculate facilities, polite staff, perfect location for remote trip, easy access to public transportation. Wonderful baths, hot water. Convenient shuttle buses. Noodles served as night snack. Great scene, layout, design, vibe. Expected good food. Best outdoor baths. Beautiful ryokan with gorgeous garden. Friendly and attentive staff. Great bonus of shuttle bus, convenient rides to Kusatsu.
