Hotel Triplets Entertainment and rooftop parties were epic. the staff, especially Priya and Sameer, were mad cool. Delicious food options, game room, and sick location near the market made our stay dope.

Wish they had more late-night activities for party animals like us.

The Spanish cuisine at the restaurant was a mouthwatering adventure. the ambience and helpful staff were top-notch. And those spacious deluxe and suite rooms were a cozy dream.

Had a run-in with the rule book staff a couple of times, like a bonfire situation. But hey, in the end, the warmth of the place outshone any minor bumps in the road.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place was ideal, right in the prime market area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel also offered a shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where we could relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The staff, especially Miss Ritu and Abdul at reception, were extremely cooperative and made our stay truly memorable. The food served at the restaurant was beyond delicious, and we appreciated the attentive service provided by the staff.

We found that the maintenance of some of the amenities was lacking, such as the hot tub which needed attention, and some areas that could have been better cleaned. We also noticed that some staff members could benefit from some training in terms of customer service and guest interaction.
