As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the amenities at this hotel. The kitchen was equipped with a kettle, which is not always common in North America or Canada. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast options were excellent, especially for someone like me who doesn't eat meat or meat products. I appreciated the availability of yogurts without gelatin.

We absolutely loved the inclusive breakfast and delicious evening meal, both free of charge! The variety of food options was impressive and we even had a surprise managers treat with a light dinner. The location was perfect for visiting the St Jacob's Farmers market. The facilities, including the room size, exercise room, and pool, were excellent and provided great value for our money. Madison at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was right next to St Jacob's market. It was so convenient to walk over to the market on Saturday morning to pick up fresh produce and delicious treats. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, and they were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered in the morning was a great start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from.

The lobby was crowded during dinner time, making it difficult to find seating.

Great location to see a play, visit the Farmer's Market or shop at the Outlet Mall. the hotel has lots of free parking around it. Loved the complimentary evening social that included a free promotional beverage, and the continental breakfast every morning with lots of food for guests.

Bathroom design could be better, and the sink outside the shower area was not convenient. No TV guide provided for television viewing and assigned parking spaces could be done according to the rooms.

Our recent stay at Homewood Suites was exceptional. The hotel staff, particularly Trishta at the reception desk, provided a warm and welcoming experience. The hotel is brand new and the guest rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the quiet location, which was conveniently within walking distance to St. Jacobs Market and Outlet Stores. The added bonus of having a great family restaurant, Jack, and The Playhouse theater just across the street made our stay even more enjoyable. The full breakfast included in the price of $130 per night was a fantastic deal. I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend trip to St. Jacobs.

Room mix-up, strange incident with someone entering our room.

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites for a few days while exploring St. Jacobs. The separate bedroom was a great feature, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious, and having a kitchenette with a kettle was perfect for my tea-drinking habits. The rooms were well-appointed with toiletries and towels, and the staff, especially the housekeeping staff on the 4th floor, were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the market.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the facilities were excellent. The restaurant had a perfect selection of food for everyone and the gym was modern and well-equipped. The pool was also fun to relax in. The BBQs and utensils provided were in excellent condition and the evening events offered a delicious variety of food. The hotel's location was great, right next to the outlet mall and within walking distance to the St. Jacobs Farmers Market. The room itself was beautiful, with comfortable beds and a lovely décor. Everything in the hotel was really clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The hot breakfast was enjoyable and the little welcoming bag with water, cookies, and a letter was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Nothing not to love.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, right across the road from the market which was super convenient. Secondly, the suites were equipped with all appliances which was great for preparing meals. Additionally, I loved that the suite had 2 queen beds which meant that my group of friends could comfortably share. Lastly, breakfast was included in the rate and had such a great variety of options to choose from.

There was not a single aspect of this hotel that I did not enjoy.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the St Jacobs area and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to the St Jacobs Market and the outlet mall. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. I also appreciated the free meals on Wednesday nights and the backyard seating area with a BBQ.

I was disappointed to find out that the fitness room and the BBQs were closed during my stay.

The staff was friendly and professional, from the Front Desk to the breakfast room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, making it the most comfortable hotel we've been to in years. The kitchen facilities, including the full-size fridge with freezer, microwave, and kitchen sink, were perfect for our needs, especially with a baby and a six-year-old. The location was ideal, right beside the St Jacobs market and close to the Outlet Mall, where we enjoyed shopping. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, even for someone with specific dietary requirements like me being gluten-free.
