Had a great New Year's experience at a low cost hotel with large rooms and friendly staff. the location was perfect for me to have access to various areas I was visiting. the complementary breakfast was a plus, and the free Wi-Fi allowed me to stay connected.

The noise level was high and the room lacked a homely feel. the towels weren't of the best quality and there was cheap soap and shampoo.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, great room size. Effective air-conditioning. Rooms are sound-proof, allowing for undisturbed sleep. Pleasant reception and evening staff. Convenient parking, good security. Comfortable beds, good aircon. Toweling and bedding are clean.

Welcoming reception, delicious food, neat and clean, proactive communication, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms.

The hotel had amazing service from the friendly receptionists to the staff at breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and there was a helpful guy working in the morning. everything inside the hotel was perfect and we had a great stay.

We had a few issues with the room, such as the air conditioning not working, the TV being blurry, and the water only being lukewarm. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable and definitely worth it for the quality of the stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the well-maintained common areas. I also loved the convenient location of this hotel within the eating quarters, making it easy to find great dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities, including the rooms with 2 single beds and AC, were just what I needed for a comfortable stay. And last but not least, the breakfasts were fantastic. There was a wide selection of delicious options, from cereals to hot dishes and fresh fruit, making it the perfect start to each day.

We had a great experience at Sierra Square. the receptionist was friendly and assured us that help was available 24/7. the room was spacious, neat, and clean, with thoughtful details like folded toilet paper and a lovely vanilla scent. the security staff was also friendly and the cost was low. We were impressed with the hotel's design and arrangement. the manager went above and beyond, accommodating us late at night and offering us complimentary breakfast. the staff were always helpful, friendly, and well-groomed. the management even arranged travel outings for us, making our holiday stress-free. We appreciated having our own safe for peace of mind.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere, as it is not close to major attractions. The bathroom cleanliness was exceptional, with guests praising the well-maintained facilities. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated near an outside eating area of a restaurant, providing guests with dining options within walking distance.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the unprofessional attitude of the staff in the restaurant, which affected the overall dining experience.
