The hotel had a prime location, just a short distance from the main attractions of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the complimentary breakfast had a good selection of delicious Indian dishes, which was a delightful treat.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the air conditioning in the room was not effective, and I found myself sweating throughout the night.

Staying here was an amazing experience. This venue is very close to the temple and has the best service room service that I have ever experienced. They provided tours/ticket assistance, laundry, and valet parking. The room amenities like ironing facilities, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV were perfect for me. The restaurant service here was great and the staff were very attentive to our needs. The leisure facilities were perfect and there was even a garden area that was great for relaxing. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi.

With spacious and well-maintained rooms, courteous staff, and a delicious breakfast, the hotel offers a comfortable stay. Guests can also take advantage of the pick and drop service to the nearby temple and enjoy a hassle-free experience.

While the rooms are well-insulated from outside noise, the same cannot be said for sounds from the corridor or adjoining rooms.

The package rate offered by the hotel including full board was very attractive. Additional mineral water consumed by us was not charged, which was a great gesture. The arrangement for temple drop and pick-up was a great support service. The hotel staff was helpful and checked us in early as requested. The food was very good and economical, especially the hot and delicious dosas. The taxi hired through the hotel for our onward journey was also good. it was a good stay and I would recommend it to others.

One thing that stood out to me was the hotel's own transport services, which made it convenient for me to get to and from the temple. Additionally, I was impressed with the hotel cuisine. My son has a nut allergy, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure his meals were nut-free, working closely with the chef. I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Dhayal Das, Neelam, and the entire staff for taking care of us during our time in Shirdi. When I visit again in the future, I will definitely be choosing to stay at this hotel.
