We spent Christmas in this tranquil location with beautiful scenery. It was lovely to have access to a rowboat that allowed us to explore the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside and appreciating the peacefulness of the area. The cabin was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds.

Guests with mobility issues should avoid the Bird Cove cabin as there is a steep ladder to a loft area where the bed is located. The continental breakfast advertised was quite basic, so it's best to bring your own breakfast supplies.

The cabins at this lakeside retreat provide a peaceful and secluded setting for a getaway. Guests can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and take a boat out on the lake for a relaxing afternoon. The cabins are clean and well-stocked with necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed, sparkling clean bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts are accommodating and ensure that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of a water filter in the fridge for those who prefer filtered water.

My family and I had an incredible experience at the Talkeetna Lakeside Cabins. The cabin we stayed in was spotlessly clean and felt brand new. The kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean and had everything we needed. We loved the peaceful and secluded location, surrounded by the beautiful Alaskan wilderness. The highlight was definitely taking the boat out on the lake, enjoying the tranquility and stunning views. Wayne and Holly, the owners, were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt like we were in an Alaskan paradise.
