The hotel's location in the city centre is convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as the City Palace and Pichola Lake. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks to these places and immersing ourselves in the local culture. The room we stayed in was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided good service, ensuring that our needs were met. The breakfast and dinner options offered were delicious and satisfying. We also appreciated the prompt and helpful assistance of the front desk staff.

This made transportation a bit of a challenge, especially for elderly guests.

The breakfast and dinner offered were tasty and the staff was very friendly. The hotel's location is convenient and easily accessible. Another advantage was the spacious and comfortable rooms. the view of the city palace from the terrace was remarkable at night and offered an amazing experience.

The hotel was quite far from all the restaurants and cafes in town, making transportation a hassle and limited the choice of nearby dining options. the limited menu in the hotel restaurant held some of the items unavailable during our stay.

Our stay at Shambhu Vilas was delightful. The staff, especially Neel and Gautam at the front desk, were extremely helpful and prompt in their actions. The room was lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and dining at the restaurant. The location, close to City Palace, provided a stunning view from the terrace at night. I highly recommend this hotel.
