Felt truly spoilt, nothing to complain about.

Staff helped with late departure initially. Perfect stay with Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour services, various facilities & amenities including spa, fitness center, kids' area. Returning for a holiday.

From the valet to check-in to the cleaning staff, everyone was very friendly and warm. the spread at the restaurant was good - with mouth-watering dishes served. the room service and restaurant staff were always prompt and attentive, making dining a pleasant experience. the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind, and the breakfast served in-room was delicious. the location is awesome - surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and even a cinema, making it convenient to explore the area without venturing too far.

While the overall service was great, the cleanliness of the bathroom and other surfaces could be improved. It would be nice to see more attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. the food was plentiful and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the room was comfortable and provided a much-needed rest after a long day of exploring the city.

The hotel's communication regarding check-out times was confusing and inconsistent. Despite arranging for a late check-out for an additional fee, the hotel continued to call and ask about our departure time.

Omg, the location 🤩 was perfect for me. Didn't have to go far for awesome dining and shopping options. the room 🌟 was wonderful, but the city view could be better. Staff were super helpful and friendly! the breakfast 🍳 at feast was truly finger licking good, but the drawback was the distance from central bangalore.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional - comfortable rooms, amazing facilities, and a warm and friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for more.

The luxurious amenities provided here were impeccable. the Spa center offered a multitude of relaxing treatments, from full, body massages to foot massages, all of which were skillfully executed. the beautifully landscaped garden area and outdoor swimming pool provided a serene retreat. the restaurant served mouth, watering cuisine and the in, room breakfast provided a convenient option.

Although the experience was exceptional, I encountered one minor issue with the minibar being locked. the excellent service provided by the staff made up for it.

Upon arriving at Sheraton Grand, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make my anniversary special, with thoughtful surprises and personalized service. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the delicious food in the buffet exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
