As those taking off early, we loved the hotel's awesome atrium and immaculate interiors. The rooftop restaurant with live music and the beautiful pool were a highlight. The staff went above and beyond, even contacting our non-hotel driver during a tour. The spa, Chinese restaurant, and top floor restaurant were all excellent.

Our stay at Ramada was an absolute delight! The in-room dining service was excellent and the food quality was great. We enjoyed the fine spa and great pool. The hotel is perfect for business stays and is quite spacious and well-equipped. we definitely recommend this hotel!

Located near the metro, the hotel was easily accessible. Although the restaurant was closed, we were pleasantly surprised to be served delicious food. Our room was spacious and clean, with a large and modern shower. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had enough variety to satisfy everyone's tastes.

The staff was slow to respond to requests, and we had to follow up multiple times for towels and drinking water.

Spacious rooms with large bay windows, silent ambiance and home-like decor. Attentive staff offering free meeting rooms and proactive upgrades to higher category rooms. Spotless and clean with good quality toiletries, well-equipped working desks and a beautiful rooftop pool with city views. Filling breakfast with a modest spread. Great value for money in a convenient location.

The staff was polite and efficient, great food, clean and comfortable room with a great view, accommodating late checkout request, close to the airport, well-maintained hotel.

This hotel's exclusive amenities fulfilled our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre and the Sauna provided a relaxing break from the busy city. the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing addition with barbeque grills available for a fun evening. the massage and beauty treatment services were top-notch. the catering service was impressive with Halal food options and private facilities being available. the room was well-designed with exclusive advantages.

The service was a bit slow, and we had to follow up on multiple occasions. the restaurant had limited options, and we had to opt for the packed lunches.

We received two complementary facts, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect for our city break as it was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. we enjoyed the beautiful pool that was clean and well-maintained.

One aspect didn't meet our expectations. It would have been better if the hotel allowed its guests more freedom in this regard.
