Gorgeous beachfront location with a guarded private beach and fantastic food at C-salt restaurant. the kids' activities like sandcastle building and pizza making are jaw-droppingly fun, and the overall ambience and decor exceed expectations. the staff, especially Ms. Biddaya Rai, are top-notch and provide excellent service with a smile. the guided tour and temple visit arranged by the hotel were exceptional, with a great driver and guide. the attention to detail and service, such as replacing lost items and assisting with excursions, is simply outstanding.

Kind staff helped my elderly parents first visit. Perfect place with all amenities needed. I return for city break. Valet parking, Wi-Fi, security, kids' activities, pool, beach access.

The database provided a wide range of amenities, making it easy to find information about the hotel's facilities and services. the room I stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. after 1 pm, the room was always clean and well-maintained.

The room I stayed in was not completely soundproof, so I could sometimes hear noise from other guests or events happening in the hotel.

I appreciated that there were complementary tea and coffee sachets provided in the room, and that the hotel had a convenient location near the beach and other attractions.
