I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Lisbon, and I couldn't have asked for a better location. This hotel is situated right in the middle of the town, just a stone's throw away from the train station. It made exploring the city and even taking a day trip to Sintra incredibly convenient. The rooms were modern and well-designed, with a spacious bathroom and a huge shower. One of the highlights was definitely the view from the room, overlooking Placa Rosio. I was able to enjoy this stunning view for free! The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing excellent service and addressing all of my needs. They even upgraded me to a room with a view, which was a lovely surprise. Additionally, the breakfast provided a great start to my day, with delicious coffee from their espresso machine.

Despite a minor issue with the bathroom lighting and some noise in the early morning, the overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend My Story Hotel Rossio for anyone visiting Lisbon. I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

Our room was upgraded for free, which was a pleasant surprise and made our holiday even better. The hotel also provided thoughtful touches such as chocolates and checked on our comfort during our stay.

It was just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it convenient for a quick day trip to Sintra. Plus, it was close to all the major attractions. The room was small, but comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always polite and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. a great experience with stunning views.

There was a slight inconvenience with noise from the elevator.

The hotel had a fantastic location, being very close to everything, including the railway station to easily pick up a train to Sintra for a quick day trip. The room was quiet, comfortable and nicely furnished, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The breakfast was mediocre at best, lacking choice, which felt expensive considering the price of the hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was incredible, with a spacious room and a stunning view of Rossio square and St. George castle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, even arranging a surprise cake and treats for my wife's birthday. Their recommendations for local restaurants were also spot on.

We had an enjoyable stay at a hotel conveniently located near several attractions and public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and energizing, with a great selection of fruits, vegetables, and desserts.
