The database had a user-friendly interface and a wide range of search filters, making it easy to find the information I needed quickly. the customer service team was responsive and helpful, addressing my inquiries promptly and effectively. the room gave us the single one room merging 2 beds which was really discomforting with all the basic amenities in place.

I found that the prices offered to new customers were considerably higher than those advertised on the website, which was a bit disappointing.

I selected this hotel for a vendor expo and the new Convention Centre at the Fateh Prakash Palace is a standout feature. the event facilities were well-equipped, and I made good use of the meeting rooms. the staff readily provided an iron upon request, ensuring a smooth business trip.

The hotel is pretty close to the highway, making it convenient for travelers. the property is surrounded by animals like deer, peacocks, langurs, squirrels, and swans. the rooms give a glimpse of a royal stay with clean and well-maintained amenities.

The hotel is nestled in a tranquil location, surrounded by nature's beauty. One can enjoy stunning views of the lake and the serene forest area. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the bathrooms have a vintage charm with mosaic flooring. The staff is friendly and the service is commendable. Breakfast is delightful, with options tailored to dietary preferences.

Some areas of the hotel are in need of renovation, particularly the older wing.

The hotel failed to keep the noise down at a wedding celebration, disrupting our sleep and other guests. All in all, it did not meet our expectations.

We were absolutely amazed by our stay at this place! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were visiting a billionaire friend. The surrounding scenery of the forested area, with a horse stud farm and a cricket field nearby, was simply breathtaking. We were lucky enough to witness a fascinating sight - dozens of deer gathering only a few meters away from our room to enjoy their evening meal. It truly felt like a scene out of a wildlife documentary. And if that wasn't enough, we also spotted other wildlife such as boars, peacocks, and monkeys. The peacefulness and tranquility of this hotel, away from the noise of the city, was a welcome change. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly attentive and took excellent care of us. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return if we have the opportunity.
