We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English, making it easy to get recommendations and information about the city. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of Mexican dishes like Chilaquiles and tacos. It was a great way to start the day and try local cuisine. The hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing, despite being a bit old. The rooftop pool area was a real winner, with the perfect temperature and stunning views from the sun deck. we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and we were able to get some much-needed rest and sleep in peace.

In summary, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was ideal, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities, especially the rooftop pool area, were top-notch.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks offered by the hotel, which were a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was also great, as it was within walking distance of many attractions, making it easy to explore the city. I loved the rooftop terrace, which offered stunning views of the city and was a great place to relax and unwind.

My stay at the hotel was marred by a few negative aspects. the room had a strong musty smell, which was unpleasant and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
