A mix of wonderful amenities and disappointing shortcomings made for a bittersweet retreat.

Staying at a place resembling a Scottish Villa from 1893 was thrilling. the antique fireplace in the private leather library bar was a chic touch. Enjoyed feeling like a time traveler!

I always return here for the warm hospitality and great services. They kindly assisted my elderly parents. Accommodations suit me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, parking, restaurant, TV, kettle, pets allowed. Excited for Christmas return.

We loved the tranquil location amidst thick Pine tree forests, away from the hustle and bustle of busy markets like Mall Road. the open grassy lawn area provided fantastic views from our room, giving us a true sense of nature's beauty. the free pick-up and drop facility was a convenient perk, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions like the golf course and army museum. the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. the warm hospitality extended by the staff made me feel right at home. From the manager to the waiter, everyone was genuinely happy to see guests and provide excellent service. the rooms, tastefully decorated in a way reminiscent of the old British era, were cozy and inviting. the location, just a short 20, minute walk from the mall but also offering free pick, up and drop, off services, was convenient. the ample parking space was another big plus, as well as the easy access to nearby landmarks like Viceregal Lodge and Kali Bari Temple. the management even offers transportation services to key spots like Vidhan Sabha. I must say that the restaurant and breakfast offerings within our package were satisfactory, especially the variety of puris and paranthas.

While my overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, one area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. Although elegantly decorated, some rooms showed signs of wear, and, tear, such as dirty bed sheets and stained furniture.

British Resort offers excellent pricing, pleasant staff, and delicious, sanitary food. the rooms provide a nice stay with stunning panoramic views. the charming ambiance and authentic British charm make it a delightful retreat amidst breathtaking landscapes.

I stayed at a resort nestled in the woods, just a short walk away from the bustling Mall Street. The Danish rooms offered a charming and affordable experience, complete with modern amenities like rain showers and flat-screen TVs. The resort also provided a cozy atmosphere with its antique furniture and old-world charm. I enjoyed the beautiful view of the Glen Forest and the convenience of being close to the golf course and army museum. The staff was helpful and even upgraded our room. Plus, the freshly prepared homestyle food was a delight.

Central location with fantastic view of Glen Forest. Open space for walking and enjoying fresh air. Freshly prepared, no extra gravy in food. Helpful staff prepared early morning breakfast for road journey. Peaceful and close to nature.

Great historic surroundings and friendly staff. the antique feel of the place made me feel like I was transported to a different era. I loved how peaceful and quiet it was and the fact that it offered a much-needed respite from the bustle of the city. the food was delicious, and they had plenty of hiking trails nearby. It was a great weekend escape for an affordable price.

The rooms were a bit worn out, which made them seem unclean rather than characterful. there were many stairs, and people with mobility issues may have trouble navigating them.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, nestled within a forest of pines, adds a serene and natural touch to the stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with an ornate huge Antique ordained bed and a balcony to enjoy the surroundings. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making the stay a memorable one.
