I had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent service provided by the staff, who were always polite and helpful, making my arrival smooth. the location near the airport was perfect for my short stopover, and the complimentary airport transfers were a significant advantage. the room was clean and spacious enough for two, and the breakfast offered a good variety, especially the delicious biryani. the bathroom could use some updates, as the fixtures seemed a bit outdated.

They even offered me a jug of water whenever I requested. the location is ideal, close to the airport and surrounded by great dining options and shops. the restaurant next door, Venzys, serves delicious meals and offers prompt service. the room I stayed in was clean, the bedding fresh, and the air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly. the friendly day manager went above and beyond to assist me with local recommendations and travel plans.

While my overall experience was positive, there are a few areas for improvement. the airport pick-up service could be more punctual, as my driver arrived almost an hour late without any explanation.
