I had a fantastic stay in this city - the hotel was close to the Golden Temple, making it convenient for exploring by foot. the staff was cooperative and friendly, offering excellent assistance with tickets and making me feel secure as a solo traveler. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was commendable.

Not one thing met my expectations except receptionist's behavior.

I keep returning for weekends. First stay staff helped with food delivery number. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and luggage storage. Always feel safe with 24-hour security. Appreciate the flat-screen TV and kettle in my room. Quick check-in/out. Air-conditioned non-smoking rooms. Perfect for me.

The hotel is situated in a great area, just a short stroll from the railway station and close to everything. the street is calm and secure, enabling easy access to explore the city on foot, including the Golden Temple. the room and bathroom were spotless, and the early check-in option was a bonus. Plus, they have an elevator, which makes it easier to handle luggage.

There were minor cleanliness issues in the room and bathroom that could be improved. It would be great if the hotel paid more attention to these details to enhance guests' overall experience.

The hotel was spotless, you could walk barefoot without a worry, and the location was super convenient, just a short stroll from the railway station. the staff, especially Mr Dhairya, were so friendly and always willing to assist, even reaching out via WhatsApp when my phone had no signal in J&K. the caring attitude of the staff made us, two senior citizens travelling alone, feel safe and right at home-like in an unfamiliar place. Appreciate the walking distance to the Golden Temple and the exceptional customer service, but wished for better soundproofing in the room 🌟.

It was great being able to walk to the golden temple and explore the city by foot. The hotel was very clean, and the room and bathroom were spotless. This hotel is a gem! the staff are incredibly polite and always helpful. During my Easter stay, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. the location is unbeatable. It's situated close to the train station and the major sightseeings. Plus, the added security measures ensured that I felt safe at all times. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the bathroom.

The walls were not soundproof, and I could hear a bit of noise from the adjacent rooms. It could be a problem for the light sleeper.
