I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The location was perfect for my needs, close to some great shopping spots. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient staff, who made me feel right at home. The service here is top-notch, with a variety of amenities available, such as room service, dry cleaning, and even bicycle hire. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed spending time in the bar and terrace areas, which were spacious and relaxing. All in all, my stay here was nothing short of amazing.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

The hotel's decor was well done, with a nice color palette that made the place feel inviting. the bar, terrace, and restaurant areas were spacious and relaxing. The hotel's staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. One additional advantage was the hotel's location in proximity to key attractions.

There were several negatives to our stay. The poor blackout shades made it difficult to sleep well, while the short beds were not ideal for tall guests.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bar, terrace, and restaurant areas are spacious and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I was particularly impressed with the friendly and professional attitude of all the employees, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences such as a sewage smell in the bathroom and the lack of assistance with my luggage, I found Citrine to be a delightful place to stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
