my recent stay in darjeeling at a lovely hotel surpassed expectations. sinclairs offered stunning views of kanchenjunga, excellent service by friendly staff, and delicious, albeit pricey, food selection. the proximity to the mall and railway station added convenience to the experience.

steep approach road needs improvement.

Great views and a fantastic breakfast await at this spot, and the attentive and friendly staff make it even better. the hotel offers a leisure room for winding down and a small library for cozy reading. the only hiccup was the slightly soft mattresses, but overall, it was a delightful stay! 🌄.

The staff was incredibly helpful, the breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the room had a great view of Kanchenjunga. Susan Chettri and Sabina Limbu provided exceptional service. the location near the Darjeeling Mall was convenient for sightseeing. On the downside, the room was small, the bed cramped for a family, and water temperature inconsistent. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities like the TV room offered relaxation, and landmarks like Dow Hill and Mahakal Temple provided great family bonding opportunities.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. The location, just off the main road through Darjeeling, made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the central area. Although the hotel is up a pretty steep hill, I didn't mind the climb as it offered wonderful views of the resplendent Kanchenjunga. The staff at this hotel were outstanding - they were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast served at the hotel - it was delicious and had a great variety of options. this hotel provided excellent value for money and attention to detail.

The staff, especially Smiriti and Pragya, went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. the eco-friendly initiative of using glass bottles with RO water was commendable. the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, making it a memorable family getaway.

My children wished for a more kid-friendly menu with a variety of options for picky eaters.

The rooms are comfortable with modern bathrooms. The staff is delightful, providing friendly and efficient service. Indulge in the best breakfast and dinner in town. However, the wifi can be unreliable.

We had a great time during our thanksgiving break. the hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist spots, making it easy to explore the area. the staff was friendly and attentive, always ensuring our needs were met. We loved the beautiful views from the balcony and enjoyed the delicious food that was offered.

The uphill walk back to the hotel was quite strenuous and made it difficult for some members of our group. While we enjoyed our stay overall, these factors made it challenging for us.
