I stayed at a charming hotel in Jaipur and as a budget traveler, I loved the well-maintained property and clean rooms. The staff provided exceptional customer service, constantly going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always prompt in fulfilling our requests and daily room cleaning was top-notch. The hotel's location was ideal, close to all attractions yet secluded enough to provide a peaceful stay. The added bonus of accessing the main property, Taj Rambagh, was wonderful.

The location of the hotel in the sprawling gardens of the adjoining palace is truly exceptional. The beautiful gardens provide a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. Additionally, being in the middle of the city while still surrounded by greenery is a unique advantage. Guests can also explore the nearby Taj Rambagh Palace and enjoy its restaurants and bars. The hotel even offers entertainment, such as a magician, for added enjoyment. The rooms are elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable and homely experience. The service is top-notch, with friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant offers a la carte options.

The buffet and the restaurant itself may not have the grandeur of other 5-star places.

We loved everything about our stay at Sawai Man Mahal in Jaipur. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was superb. They even went above and beyond to take care of my sick daughter. The location was also great, adjacent to the Rambaugh Palace. it was a magical experience.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. A special mention to the front desk staff, Jitender Kumar and Krishan, who provided exceptional service. We were also impressed by the hotel's thoughtful gestures, such as personalized notes and gifts in our room. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the vibrant Pink City. Despite a few minor issues with the breakfast buffet and the behavior of the staff at a neighboring property, our overall experience at Sawai Man Mahal was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly special stay in Jaipur. I will definitely be recommending this beautiful property to friends and family.

The chef's personal cookery demo was a trip highlight. Staff were credit to the place. Food at Amber restaurant used fresh ingredients and served beautifully by brilliant staff. Access to the nearby Rambagh Palace hotel was a plus. Atmospheric meal in Steam and fine dining in one of the rooms were unforgettable.

Had an amazing stay during Christmas at this boutique hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. We were surprised with complimentary mulled wine and a luxury foot soak in our room. the food was delicious and the award-winning chef even came to ask if we wanted anything special. the location was ideal, with easy access to attractions and a beautiful garden to stroll through.

The only suggestion we would make is to improve the lighting and decor in the restaurant to create a more inviting atmosphere. we had a wonderful time at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel's exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations. the spa center was amazing. the swimming pool area was very tranquil with sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and an outdoor swimming pool. Service was very accommodating. I also enjoyed the garden area, it was very well maintained and the perfect place for some sun. Cons: I found the food at the restaurant to be just average.
