Amazing hospitality, felt at home with friendly staff. Beautiful, spacious and warm hotel. Delicious food, especially the ginger lemon honey tea. Knowledgeable hosts with helpful hand-written notes for exploring. Walking distance to market and stunning views of hills and clean blue sky.

During my new year holiday, I had an okay stay in a hotel in Leh. The best aspects were the friendly staff who helped with luggage and provided clean towels upon request. The room had a good size and the surroundings were peaceful, with a beautiful view of the hills. The hotel location was also convenient, as it was at walking distance to the market and near a bridge for an enjoyable walk.

The negatives outweighed the positives. The worst aspects of our stay were the lack of hot water in the room, and the less than clean bathroom with broken tiles.
