The ambience of the hotel is simply stunning, and the location is ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The amenities and facilities are top-notch, and the view from my room window was breathtaking. The food at the buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of delicacies to choose from. My family and I had an unforgettable experience at a hotel located in the heart of the city. We dined at Artisan restaurant, indulged in delicious seafood pizza and even attended a Turkish food festival at Pondicherry. The hotel was conveniently close to both the US Embassy and other great restaurants. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the service was amazing, and the breakfast was to die for. Not to mention, the poolside was a perfect place to unwind.

There was a disappointing lack in service when it came to ordering food; we had to ask for things multiple times.

I was impressed with the hotel's attention to detail. When I mentioned to the GM that I loved the Indian breakfast, I was invited to join the chefs the next morning to cook with them - an amazing experience! Purwashi at reception was also incredibly helpful. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in the centre of BKC business park with great ambience setting. Rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, great air conditioning, and excellent mattress on the bed. Breakfast with live music and attentive staff is worth the extra cost.

Spending Christmas somewhere new was exhilarating, and it was even better with the complementary chocolates and wine we received at check-in. The location was perfect for our needs - close enough to the excitement of the city, but also peaceful enough for a low-key holiday. The complementary breakfast was scrumptious and the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking.

The shower was a bit finicky and the water took a while to heat up, but that was a minor issue. We also had a bit of trouble with the room service, but the staff made up for it with a friendly attitude and willingness to accommodate our needs.
