Wonderful location close to central shopping street, old town, harbor, and opera house. Hotel has steam bath and sauna for a relaxing experience after being outside in the cold weather. Flat floor plan structure with no high floors or long corridors. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, right in the center of the tourist area but tucked away in a quiet corner. It was so convenient to be within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was extremely comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a luxurious stay. I especially loved the sitting area and terrace, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The hotel staff went above and beyond to cater to my requests and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the sauna and steam room, which were a great way to unwind.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and nearby attractions. We never had to use public transport during our stay. Additionally, the staff at Hotell Heden went above and beyond to assist us. When our car wouldn't start, they provided us with a jump starter and even helped us find a new battery. Their quick response and support made our stay stress-free. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great, with a variety of options to choose from. our experience at Hotell Heden was exceptional and we would highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center of Göteborg, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The restaurant is bright and inviting, providing a pleasant atmosphere for dining. The hotel is also situated away from the central station, providing a quieter environment for a good night's sleep.

The room size was smaller than expected, resembling that of a budget hotel.

For the Thanksgiving weekend, we chose the hotel as it offered complementary vouchers for dinner and free parking. The location was perfect, as it was near the main attractions and shopping areas, plus there was a 24-hour convenience store nearby. The bed was comfortable, and we had access to the sauna area, which was a bonus.

The room was outdated and scruffy, with stained sheets and a mouldy smell. The bathroom sink was cracked, and the shower head was weak.
