The location of Span Resort And Spa in Manali is breathtaking, right by the river with lovely gardens. the staff is courteous, and we enjoyed the good food, especially the excellent breakfast. With interconnected rooms and various sports facilities, we had a wonderful stay. the nearby landmarks, like Gauri Shankar Temple and Chanderkhani Pass, enriched our family bonding experience, and the relaxation amenities like the spa and outdoor swimming pool added to our enjoyment, despite the need for renovations in the spa area.

I chose this hotel for a vendor expo due to its conference centre offering a warm, intimate environment. the staff was helpful for my event. the surroundings were serene, perfect for any occasion.

I missed having a speedy Wi-Fi connection for my work needs.

The Director's Bungalow with a private patio felt like a mini kingdom. the riverside restaurant served food with a view. Zing Zing Bar's warmth saved me from freezing!

Better vacation for seniors would require more attentive service from the children working there.

The river side location brought so much tranquility and peace to my Christmas holiday. the gardens were beautifully maintained and so peaceful to sit in. the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed playing outdoor chess and cycling. the breakfast was delicious, and the choice of food available was impressive.

The rooms were dated, and the plumbing needed to be updated. the shower overflowed and the heating system was difficult to work.

This hotel exceeds all expectations with its luxurious amenities. We were delighted with the exceptional service provided by the staff at the Spa and Wellness centre, where we enjoyed relaxing massages and the steam room. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and the beautiful garden area was the perfect place to unwind. the restaurant offered delicious meals with special diet menus available.

The only minor issue we encountered was a small delay in receiving our room service order. this was quickly resolved by the prompt and efficient staff.
