The hotel has some room for improvement in terms of facilities. There was only one pool towel available and the TV channels were not available due to unpaid subscriptions.

I had a fabulous stay at Sprise Munnar Resort & Spa. The staff were prompt and helpful, arranging an alternate route for us when our GPS failed. The villas were spacious, clean, and luxurious with beautiful surroundings. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were professional and attentive. The jeep safari organized by the hotel was a fantastic experience.
