The breakfast variety was great, exceptional dinner, comfortable rooms in a Georgian house, ample parking, pleasant garden surroundings, helpful and polite staff, lovely views from room 9, enormous bed, delicious dinner options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a delightful village near the coast. The hotel had a lovely old-world feel to it, with beautiful decor and a mix of antique tables and matching chairs. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy log fire to the luxury of the well-furnished beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was accompanied by a good strong coffee. The hotel also boasted a peaceful garden with views from some of the rooms, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The only small aspect that could be improved was a slight creaking of the bedroom floor.

We recently stayed at Wrangham House for a few nights and had a fantastic time. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The unique spiral staircase in the Coach House added a charming touch to our experience. The food at the hotel was exceptional, and we were thrilled that we had booked dinner on every night of our stay. The location in Yorkshire was perfect for us, and we cannot wait to come back and visit again.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel that had a comfortable bed which ensured a good night's sleep. the staff were helpful and attentive, making us feel very welcome. the hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to many local attractions. the amenities were well-kept and made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel had limited options for vegetarians on their menu which was a major disappointment. the breakfast service was also quite slow, causing frustration for us as we were in a rush to start our day.

The top floor is fabulous, perfect for a dance party in the bathroom. The food is freshly cooked and the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The bar is well stocked and the gardens are lovely.

Felt like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the coast and within easy reach of both Filey and the stunning Hunmanby Gap beach, which was both empty and beautiful. The breakfast served in the dining room was perfect and offered a choice of cereals and cooked breakfasts. The staff were really friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel itself was one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms in the outhouse were fantastically comfortable and clean. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was just as good as always, very filling. The location of this hotel is perfect, with so much to do in the surrounding area.

The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of drinks to accompany it. the dining room had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I especially loved the homemade cheesecake - it was the best I've ever tasted! Plus, the vast selection of spirits, including numerous gins and high-quality whiskies, was a pleasant surprise.

there was no welcome on arrival and no assistance with luggage. the room was quite small and had outdated furnishings.

I stayed at Wrangham House for one night before my wedding at Wold Top Brewery. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The superior room was lovely and bed was extremely comfortable. The cooked English breakfast was delicious and served by the staff. The complimentary toiletries and daily replacement of coffee/tea and bottled water were a nice touch. I also enjoyed the peaceful garden area and ample parking space for my motorcycle. I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel.
