Improvement areas include proper training for the young team and adding amenities for kids like a basketball. Nevertheless, the kind gestures like a late check-out and thoughtful feedback from Mr Singh the main cook show commitment to guest satisfaction. Minor oversights like incorrect GST numbers were promptly addressed, showcasing a responsive attitude. Looking forward to returning for another pleasant stay.

The decorations at the hotel were truly enchanting, with lush landscapes and traditional Thai architecture creating an ethereal setting. the general areas were easy to navigate for senior people, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The only improvement I'd suggest is more assistance from the children working there for senior guests.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 5-star hotel near the airport with exclusive amenities, and it was an amazing experience. the attentive staff members were polite and courteous, ensuring that all our needs were met including the Spa & wellness centre with an outdoor swimming pool.

this was offset by the exquisite BBQ facilities and garden area, which made for a memorable dining experience.
