The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the centre of town and within walking distance to the conference centre. The double bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with a large double bed. The hosts provided excellent service and were very welcoming, offering helpful information about local attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection including fresh produce and a Dutch twist. The hotel also had a well-stocked courtesy tray and a comfortable guest sitting room.

Some guests mentioned that the uphill walk from the train station back to the hotel could be tiring.

I recently stayed at Arden House for a weekend getaway. The housekeeping was top-notch, and the room amenities were excellent, including an ironing facility and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel also had a lovely terrace with garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff even provided us with breakfast bags, which was a thoughtful touch. we were impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided by this hotel.

We stayed in a charming guesthouse during Thanksgiving weekend. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast was amazing, some of the best we've seen. We were also pleased with the location, which was conveniently located a few minutes' walk from the town center. We appreciated the welcoming and warm atmosphere of the guesthouse and felt right at home.

Our room was on the smaller side and lacked fire escape instructions. The bed was somewhat creaky, and the bottom sheet kept slipping off.
