The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including freshly pressed juices and bakery items like croissants and muffins.

The food and location were nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the decorations for Christmas were beautiful and really put us in the holiday spirit. We also enjoyed the relaxing spa services and the comfortable beds.

The hotel was quite noisy, with loud music and other guests talking late into the night. the room was not properly cleaned, with dust and debris on the floor and bathroom surfaces.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a royal and grand feel to everything. the exclusiveness of the amenities at this hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the spa and wellness centre, live entertainment, and massage services were unparalleled. the treatment room was clean and attractive, and the sunset viewed from the sun terrace and garden area was breathtaking. the make, up services from the beauty treatments were perfect and added to our entertainment.

There was only one minor issue regarding the food service. Although the Restaurant was appealing, and the in, room breakfast was delicious, the special diet menus were limited.
