I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was absolutely lavish, with a wide range of delicious vegetarian dishes. The staff was impeccable and provided excellent service. I requested packed breakfast for my kids, and they did a fantastic job packing everything nicely. I want to give a special mention to the duty manager, Simar, as well as Chef Tapan, Aman, and Virender. The hotel’s hospitality exceeded my expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the spacious room being impeccably cleaned. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the convenience of the location, right next to a bustling market. The staff were incredibly hospitable and warm, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Rishi, Mr. Sahil, and Chef Mr. Rannvijay for their exceptional service. We also appreciated the health and hygiene protocols being followed throughout the hotel. Lastly, Mr. Harpreet and Mr. Sumeet Taneja made our departure a truly unforgettable experience for our daughter.

The hotel has a convenient location, with easy access to popular shopping areas and restaurants. Breakfast at the main restaurant is impressive, with a wide range of delicious food. The coffee shop is a great place to relax and enjoy a hot coffee. Black Lotus restaurant also serves amazing food which is a must-try. The room is spacious with a great view and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive.

One can experience slow service at certain times.

Excellent food and great service in the restaurant. The tea and parantha station was a nice touch. The pool was beautiful, though the lack of staff made it a bit confusing. I would recommend this hotel.

Location was central and very convenient. They had free wifi in the lobby and there was a nice view of the city from our room. the staff were friendly and gave us two free drinks at check-in, which was a nice touch.

The rooms were shabby, with old, stained carpets and peeling wallpaper. the bathroom was small and had moldy grout.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a luxurious experience that fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the service provided by the staff was exceptional. the outdoor swimming pool was fabulous, and the garden area was beautifully maintained. the Spa & wellness centre offered great massage services, and the Spa lounge was a perfect relaxation spot. the BBQ facilities were impressive, and the restaurant served unique dishes. the private facilities were exclusive, and the location advantage was great.

the packed lunch I ordered had an additional charge that was not mentioned before, leading to a price higher than expected.

Despite paying a premium, we were given separate beds and denied a different room. the joined beds were uncomfortable and uneven. Our requests for a pressing table were met with delays and multiple changes. the cocktail and whiskey glass we ordered took a long time to arrive, and the working table light stopped working shortly after. the corridor was noisy throughout the night, as the hotel seemed more focused on organizing marriages than attending to individual guests. some staff members, including Suraj in the dining area and a hardworking housekeeper on the 5th floor, went above and beyond to provide personal hospitality within the hotel's constraints. One positive experience was when my son sprained his ankle, and the hotel arranged transport to a nearby hospital and pharmacy, without charging us.

Swimming pool lights were faulty.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The outdoor pool was clean and secluded, offering a peaceful swimming experience. The spa was a treat, with skilled masseuses providing excellent service. The restaurants on-site were top-notch and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.
