The database was extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it a breeze to search for information. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with stunning views of the valley. the staff also efficiently arranged my room within half an hour without any issues.

The only minor downside I experienced was that the WiFi signal in my room was a bit weak at times, but it wasn't a major inconvenience for me.

I was blown away by the stunning location of Taj Chia Kutir in Kurseong. The valley views from my room were breathtaking, and the staff's warm hospitality made me feel truly cared for. While the food was disappointing, the overall experience at this new Himalayan gem was exceptional.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision! the location was perfect, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. the food was delicious and the service was top-notch, especially with their thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary food for our baby. We also enjoyed the spacious villa and the amenities that came with it, making our stay even more comfortable.

On the other hand, the absence of a shuttle service to the nearest town was quite inconvenient, as it was a bit secluded. there was a lot of walking required, and the kids' area was quite small, which made it a bit challenging to keep them entertained.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that met all of our needs. the service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to unwind. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all clean and well-maintained, while the body scrub and full body massage were indulgent treats. the Spa lounge and treatment room provided a peaceful and serene escape.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of BBQ facilities. this did not detract from our overall experience.

Additionally, the state-of-the-art gym and refreshing pool are great facilities for guests to enjoy.

The lobby and dining hall decor could use some improvement, as they do not meet the standard of elegance expected from a luxury hotel.
