During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at Taj Theog Resort & Spa in Shimla, a hotel chosen by my director. the location of the resort is truly breathtaking, offering serene views that are perfect for unwinding after a busy day. the staff members at this establishment are exceptionally warm and supportive, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the culinary experience at Tragopan, where the restaurant manager, Mr Bhandari, showcased his passion for food through impeccable service.

Staff hospitality needs improvement.

The property is set amidst stunning mountain views, with attentive staff providing excellent hospitality. communication about amenities and room features could be clearer. The breakfast spread was delicious but missing condiments at times. A more organized system for facility bookings would enhance the guest experience. a recommendable choice for a relaxing stay.

The staff's excellent hospitality, especially from Neeraj Kumari and the front desk team, made me feel truly welcomed. While there were some minor room cleanliness issues, the enjoyable Holi celebrations and good breakfast spread made up for it. A recommendable property for sure!

The database provided was incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to search for information quickly. the database had a wide range of useful features that helped me find exactly what I was looking for. the room was super clean with no mark of disappointment or concern, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

One minor negative aspect of the database was that the search function was a bit slow at times, causing a slight delay in retrieving results. this was a very minor issue and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Our family getaway at Taj Theog Resort & Spa was a delight. We stayed for two nights and were captivated by the 360-degree mountain views. the complimentary High Tea at 5 pm was a lovely touch, and the staff, including Mr Bhandari and Gitesh, were exceptional. the food at Tragopan was indulgent, and the team took great care of our kids, offering a fantastic game zone and temperature-controlled jacuzzi and pool.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

My stay at Taj Theog Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by hills and a stunning view of the valley. The staff was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The food was delicious, especially the dinner with live music. The facilities were great, including the pool, gym, and the vast range of activities available. The resort also had a 360-degree view and a well-maintained library. The Wi-Fi was reliable.

The food and staff at the restaurant were outstanding, with remarkable hospitality and a wide variety to choose from. the spa is fantastic, with amazing therapists and facilities. the indoor pool was also an enjoyable diversion. the location provides a peaceful and calming setting with beautiful views.

Although the rooms are lovely and well-designed, they can be a bit noisy at times, and guests may need to request a quiet room in advance. the construction work behind some rooms can also cause some disturbance.

Our recent stay here was luxurious and exclusive. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff fulfilling our every need. the indoor swimming pool was warm and inviting, and the spa lounge offered a range of beauty treatments including massages and facials. the garden area was a serene spot to relax with sun loungers and BBQ facilities available, while the restaurant served delicious meals with special diet menus available upon request.

The lack of information given upon check-in about the activities available at this hotel. We missed out on some of the entertainment and were not informed about the picnic area and tables.
