We loved this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. It was so convenient to have restaurants and shops nearby. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of Mt Fuji. We could even admire it from the bathtub! It was truly a luxurious experience.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and nicely planned rooms. the huge bathtub in the room allowed us to relax and watch the beautiful view outside. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee provided in our room. the location was ideal for a breakaway, away from the crowds. the facilities provided were of high quality, and the staff were well-mannered and courteous, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside we noticed was the lack of transportation options, making it difficult to get around without a personal means of transport.

I loved the deep stone bathtub and the heated bath. The staff was so helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of Asian dishes to try. The resort even gifted my daughter a cute soft toy. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fujikawaguchiko.
