The rooms are cozy, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service and the breakfast spread is delicious. We had a great time at Taj West End. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful garden and offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The rooms were lovely, with balconies overlooking the gardens. The staff, especially the concierges, were outstanding and went out of their way to assist us. The spa, pool, and tennis court were all excellent amenities. The South Indian and Vietnamese restaurants were of high quality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. a fantastic experience.

Great complementary deals and perfect location for the new year celebration. the hotel was near to the main city and connected with the popular party destinations. the rooms were quite spacious and the staff was courteous enough to organize an extra bed for our friends.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated next to the race course and nearby restaurants. The Blue Ginger restaurant offers delicious food, and the staff there is attentive and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options. The hotel also offers facilities like swimming pools, which are perfect for relaxation, and the rooms provide a comfortable stay.

The hotel offered luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa and Wellness Centre was incredible, with relaxing massages and exquisite body treatments. the infinity pool with a stunning view of the garden area and the sun loungers provided an exclusive and relaxing experience. the restaurant provided a gastronomic delight with packed lunches, special diet menus, and a range of breakfast options.

Only one minor issue - the night parties in the hotel's venue were loud and went on till late, making it difficult to get a peaceful sleep. the hotel staff's quick response to switch the room resolved the issue.
