We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, nestled amidst the picturesque Tea Gardens with stunning views of the mountains. The hotel is situated on a small hill in the suburbs, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The staff here are extremely attentive and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The reception staff was efficient and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Great location, only a short walk to the town center with many restaurants and shops. The room was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and a great view of the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of food to choose from.

The shower had very low water pressure and the hot water was not consistent. The room was not very soundproof, we could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.
