I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and beautiful natural surroundings at this resort hotel. The staff were trustworthy and went above and beyond to protect my belongings during my stay. The traditional Japanese bath, or onsen, was a highlight and the cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel had family-friendly amenities, such as a kids' reading and play room. The complimentary parking near the entrance was a nice touch. I highly recommend this peaceful and cozy hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Great Japanese and Western food, both for dinner and breakfast. Amazing onsen facilities, both indoor and outdoor. Comfortable futons for a good night's sleep after the hot onsen. Beautiful views from the windows. Convenient location, just 30 minutes by car from Suwa City.
