We had a fantastic time at this hotel - it truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with a stunning mountain view from the balcony. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the high-quality toiletries in the well-equipped bathroom to the delicious and varied breakfast options. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's location in a beautiful quaint area added to the charm of our experience.

The room was nicely designed and well-lit. the view from the window was breathtaking and it was the perfect spot to have our morning tea. the location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. the staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the variety of food options and the great coffee.

We did encounter some issues with the billing and communication with the staff. It seemed like the staff member we spoke to wasn't very interested in clearing up the confusion and it took multiple calls to sort out the overcharge.
