We had a fantastic time at this hotel - it truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with a stunning mountain view from the balcony. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the high-quality toiletries in the well-equipped bathroom to the delicious and varied breakfast options. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's location in a beautiful quaint area added to the charm of our experience.

The room was nicely designed and well-lit. The view from the window was breathtaking and it was the perfect spot to have our morning tea. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the variety of food options and the great coffee.

We did encounter some issues with the billing and communication with the staff. It was a shame because our parents and child really enjoyed their stay, but the mishandling of the billing left us feeling disappointed and embarrassed.

The property is brand new and the interiors are beautifully done up. The breakfast had a good variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
