Great location on Morjim main road, close to restaurants and shops. Helpful and courteous staff, spacious and well-equipped rooms. Clean pool with a nice view of the beach area. Excellent cleanliness measures in place during the current situation. Modern, well-maintained resort with convenient amenities in the rooms.

Had a fantastic weekend getaway with my family. the property and facilities offered great value for the price. We enjoyed a relaxing time by the pool and loved the al a carte food at the restaurant, especially the delicious fish and chips. the location, just a short 10-minute walk from the beach, was ideal for us to explore the area.

Housekeeping was lacking, with issues like rooms not being properly cleaned and basic amenities missing. the room size and bathroom were smaller than expected, and some fixtures weren't in the best condition.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional! From Rajat at the front office to Mr Pandey, the resort manager, everyone is warm and serviceable. They go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Parag & Jayesh provide excellent service with a smile. the sunset views over lush green fields before the beach are simply majestic. the breakfast spread is decent, and the subtle music and lighting near the pool area create a relaxing atmosphere. We felt extremely cosy and didn't want to leave. the property is centrally located, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions like Marbela Beach, Mandrem Beach, and Morjai Temple.

Hot water in the shower isn't very effective, and having closed dust bins would be a nice touch to improve the cleanliness of the rooms.
