Exceptional Service and Relaxing Spa Experience

The staff at the property was extremely courteous and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. the spa services were exceptional, providing much-needed relaxation after a tiring pilgrimage journey. One improvement could be to include more regional cuisine options on the menu and ensure room facilities like slippers and laundry bags are readily available without guests having to ask.

The hotel had top-notch service, a well-kept environment, and super tidy rooms — plus, the Rainbow restaurant served outstanding cuisine. the relaxing spa and delightful garden were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Only encountered a slight hiccup with the manager who seemed a bit inflexible with a late cancellation, but everything else was spot on! 😊

The location - perfect for Ma Vaishno Devi darshan and drop-offs to Ban Ganga. the staff were on point - attentive and the food had its moments.

The room keys and cable had us playing detective, but all good in the end. And remember, parking was a bit tight.

The rooms were cozy, clean, and had a lovely mountain view. As a first-time visitor, my family and I found the decor and comfy beds delightful.

Excellent service and spacious rooms. We arrived early in the morning and the hotel staff was kind enough to check us in immediately. The ambiance and decor of the hotel were beautiful. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities. The hotel also offered a free drop to the helipad, which was very convenient. our stay at Fortune Park in Katra was comfortable and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, as it is very close to Katra railway station and the central market. The convenience of being able to easily access transportation and explore the surrounding area was a major plus.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the main square and other important sites. the parking was ample and convenient, and they offered a free pick-up and drop-off service to the main attractions. the room was clean and had all the basic amenities needed. What we liked best was the fact that they provided a complimentary fruit basket and a bottle of wine for New Year's Eve.

The staff was unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. They seemed disinterested in providing any service and made us feel unwelcome.
