The hotel is situated in a bustling area, right in the centre of the city. The rooms are clean with comfy beds and the staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast is tasty and has authentic South Indian options. All of this comes at a great value for money.

My wife had a hip injury, and the staff was incredibly supportive and accommodating. They made our stay stress-free and hassle-free. I highly recommend Belstead for their exceptional customer service and accessibility for those with disabilities.

I enjoyed the Thanksgiving complimentary cocktails and appetizers offered at the hotel's lounge, which made the start of the holiday very festive. the location of the hotel is also great, with the shopping district within walking distance and lots of restaurants around. Plus, the bed in our room was very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.

The rest of the experience at the hotel was below expectations. the room was run down, with outdated decor and stained carpets.

The location is convenient, as it is close to many important areas and shops. However, the nearby pub is causing issues for guest parking.

The service at the counter is rigid and unapproachable, and the rooms are plagued with technical difficulties like non-working phones, remote and charger points.

I had a wonderful stay at Belstead! The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a comfortable bed. The shower had consistently hot water with good pressure, and I appreciated that it was separated from the toilet/sink area. The in-room amenities were great, including the in-room safe, fridge, kettle, and tea/coffee. The included breakfast was delicious, especially the taste of South Indian food. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Belstead provided excellent value and a peaceful atmosphere.
