Great value for money, comfortable room with a beautiful view. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The lounge area was not as relaxing as expected, with uncomfortable sofas and no view. the room had a prefab shower room that wasn't shown in the photos.

The location of the hotel is superb, right in the center close to bars and restaurants. It is very convenient as all the main attractions are within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a pay-as-you-go stocked fridge and USB ports near the lamps. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing lots of useful information. The breakfast was amazing with a lovely array of fresh fruits and eggs made to order. The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking.

The hotel has a very active bar on the rooftop, which might result in late-night noise.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and loved it. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They surprised us with complementary bubbly and chocolates in our room. the location was great and we easily walked to all the sights. We also loved the beautiful rooftop views.

The steep hill leading up to the hotel, but it was worth it for the amazing views.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service at Monte Belvedere Hotel By Shiadu. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially when it came to my husband's birthday surprise. They even kept me updated about his arrival and the restaurant staff made sure he was fed even at 11pm! The lovely room and great rooftop restaurant only added to the wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. the breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was fantastic, with a stunning view to enjoy while starting the day. - the location was convenient, with walking distance to all the touristy areas without being in a crowded, touristy location.

The uphill walk from the closest tram stop was a bit tiring, especially after a long day of exploring. There were some local youths hanging out around the corner in the evenings, which made us feel a little uncomfortable, so we opted to cab back every night.

This hotel is located in the historic center, making it an excellent choice for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a wonderful stay with basic amenities and good facilities. The view of the Tejo River is breathtaking, especially from the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy breakfast while gazing over the impressive view of the city.

The view from the rooftop restaurant is stunning, arguably the best in the city. Friendly staff and excellent food. Plus, the location is walking distance to downtown and close to public transportation.
