Nothing not to love.

the location was convenient being close to my work destination, while also offering easy access to the city centre. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was reasonably fast and of a decent range, allowing me to work seamlessly throughout the stay. the room I was given came with a comfortable bed, and the housekeeping staff was courteous and efficient.

The food options were quite limited, especially for vegetarians. the hotel staff didn't seem to display any interest in the guests' feedback.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. Early check-in was allowed and they provided advice and transportation assistance. Breakfast was delicious and unlimited. The rooms were clean and well-presented with quiet and effective air conditioning. The bathroom had a nice hot shower. They also provided convenient transportation arrangements.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Tamil Nadu and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning, as it provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling cities of India. Additionally, the rooms with balconies offered lovely views and added a touch of charm to my stay. I also cannot forget to mention the delicious breakfast spread that was served every morning – it was a great way to start the day.

Beautiful rooms and amazing service. We had a fantastic stay at Chettinad Heritage. The rooms were beautifully presented and the service was top-notch. The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. They were extremely helpful in giving us advice on what to see and how to get around. The breakfast was delicious and they brought us as much food as we wanted. The air conditioning in the room was quiet and very effective, and the bathroom had a lovely hot shower. They even went above and beyond by dropping us off at a convenient place to catch a direct bus to our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and memorable stay.
