The overall behavior of the hotel staff was fantastic, going above and beyond. Arun, the owner, was always available and accommodating. the hotel offers the best dry fruits at a great price, making it a value, for, money experience. the location provides a room with a stunning mountain view.

There were issues with the Air Conditioner and geyser due to power cuts, which seemed deliberate. the lack of a lift and cleanliness issues like black ants in the washbasin and unclean bedsheets were a downside.

The Hotel staff was very warm and welcoming, assisting with an ePass for Ma Vasihno Devi. Ideal location close to the Bhavan started our journey swiftly. Clean rooms and a nice view, plus a lovely gift shop. Despite some initial hiccups, staff exceeded expectations. Proximity to landmarks like Bhimgarh Fort and Vaishno Devi added cultural depth, enhancing family time with moments of relaxation.

There is no elevator in the hotel, so guests with rooms on higher floors should plan accordingly.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we were pleased with the complimentary breakfast and the travel agency services provided at the hotel. the hotel's location, whether you wanted to explore the bustling center or the quiet side streets, was ideal. the friendly staff was helpful with directions.

There were power cuts that left the hotel without AC backup, and ventilation was a problem during the night. the hotel lacked elevators that made it hard for those with mobility issues to access their rooms.
