The bathrooms are well-maintained, ensuring cleanliness and convenience. The staff is friendly and supportive, attending to guests' needs with understanding and care. The breakfast offered at the hotel is satisfactory, providing a decent start to the day. The hotel also boasts a travel agency, making it easy to book transportation and explore the area.

There is no elevator in the hotel, so guests with rooms on higher floors should plan accordingly.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we were pleased with the complimentary breakfast and the travel agency services provided at the hotel. The hotel's location, whether you wanted to explore the bustling center or the quiet side streets, was ideal. the friendly staff was helpful with directions.

There were power cuts that left the hotel without AC backup, and ventilation was a problem during the night. The hotel lacked elevators that made it hard for those with mobility issues to access their rooms.
